We had a fantastic time at this hotel with friends. The location made it easy to visit the Theresienwiese and Riemer Park. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast offered a great variety, perfect for starting the day. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun group trip.
We found the air conditioning in our room wasn't working well, leaving it a bit warmer than we preferred. This made it somewhat uncomfortable during our stay.

The buffet breakfast was fabulous with a very good spread, and I really enjoyed the cozy lounge area for some downtime. The sun terrace was a great spot to relax, and the garden area added a nice touch for unwinding. Just a heads up, it took a bit of time for room service to get to me, but it didn’t really impact my overall stay. 😊

The location is perfect, with easy access to S-Bahn trains and trams, making city exploration hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety to kickstart the day, complemented by a very friendly and helpful staff. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and there were instances of noise from the nearby railway that could disturb light sleepers. the absence of bottled water in the room was a notable inconvenience.

I had a nice 8-night stay in a Queen room. The cleaning was solid, and I loved that they provided an iron in my room, super handy! Laundry room had some basic washing supplies too. The bar area was cozy, perfect for grabbing a drink. Just a bit of a walk to the s-bahn, but overall, comfy vibes!

The guest-friendly laundry services here come in handy for anyone staying longer than a day, especially with the basic washing supplies available. the proximity to public transportation makes it a breeze to navigate the city efficiently.
There are some serious quirks that can make your stay feel a bit off. For starters, the air conditioning struggles in the heat, leaving rooms warmer than you'd want. On top of that, there's no bottled water in the room, which is a pain when you're thirsty after a long day. It's also common to hear noise from the nearby railway, which might bug light sleepers. And if you're expecting a prompt cleaning, you might want to brace yourself.
